Disappointed that they never told us they didn’t accept any insurance only said “it was in your paperwork” after waiting a year for a procedure only to find this out and had to start over with another office that accepted our insurance

Dr. Pond is awesome, as his entire staff is. He recently did 3 implants using the PRP process, after I was told by oral surgeon in Johnson City I was not a candidate after the bone graft he did failed and $800 plus out of pocket. With Dr. Pond, I had no problems and have healed beautifully and have just gone to my dentist for the crown process. Peridontist are highly trained in gums and also the PRP process is very effective in the healing process. I would give 10 stars to Dr.

Pond and his staff. Dr. Pond and entire staff, thank you so much. Glenda Dr. Pond originally did gum graft, perfect absolutely no problems with any pain or healing. Saved my tooth.

Dr. Pond is fabulous! He performed my gum graft and did a wonderful job! He is also incredibly kind. His staff is kind and fantastic as well. I recommend him to my friends and family when they have any periodontal needs :)
