I had dental work done here around the end of may and it wasn’t a bad experience at first they got me right in with I appreciated cause I was in massive pain, HOWEVER. I was completely lied to by the billing department manager named Ashley. I told her that I wasn’t going to use my insurance bc it covered nothing and I wanted to pay out of pocket. My bill should’ve been an exam a deep cleaning an extraction and ONE filling. The dentist and the assistant came in and started cutting my teeth for 4 filings and the Ashley lady ran back in and said “ no don’t do all the filings he didn’t want that” the assistant said “ well they’re open now” then Ashley said “ Matt will you pay for this ?” I said no that’s not my fault.

She the proceeded to say “ oh well I’ll just get yelled at by him later” 2 weeks later I received a bill in the mail for everything after paying what they told me to pay LOL horrible staff. I called and was rather angry she then tried to lie and say they weren’t charging me for everything and I have the paper saying they are and she clearly tried didn’t tell on herself like she should I’ll have go back and I’ll never give up a dime until I receive a new bill for the work I didn’t receive minus the $400. If they want to go into legal action I welcome it because I have all the paper work and we’re ready to go. Don’t go here. I also had to see another oral surgeon 3 days ago bc my extraction isn’t healing properly and he made sure to tell me it was their fault not mine.

Smh. Do not go there. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I've been working with Dayton Dental to make a new denture for me. I had a issue with my lower and they were nice enough to listen, care and make right the correction. The staff is always so pleasant and professional. I also bring my grandson to Dayton Dental.

He had aged out of pediatric dental and I wasn't sure what I needed to do because, finding a new dentist in the past few years has been harder than one would think. Dayton Dental accepted him right away and made it a easy transition. I honestly couldn't be more appreciative, and I'll definitely give them a 5 star and refer them!

10000000000% recommend going here. Extremely friendly, did not feel a bit of judgement from anybody. Got a extraction and few fillings done and Dr. Zhang made sure every second of it i wasn't in any pain. Will be going back to get more work done here soon. Even after the extraction I wasn't in any bad pain at all.

The doctortook the time to explain every step of my cleaning and exam, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit.
