Melany performed a very thorough deep cleaning. The ladies are personable and relatable. However, I am concerned about physical conditions of the Petersburg facility. Central AC is much needed. The equipment appears to be outdated and rusty. The actual Dentist didn't make a very positive impression on me. He may have passed his glory days.

Wow!!! This place could use a few changes. Friday June 29th,2018 was the first time my child and I have ever used this in network dentist. The location was easy to find from the road, the price for what we need was reasonable, and our dentist(she) was amazing and has a very friendly professional personality. However those three thing were the only good things. The office waiting area was overcrowded which seem to be the effect of over booking the same appointment times.

There were people sitting on laps and a family of 5 sharing a 2 seat sofa. Our appointment was scheduled for 10am we arrived 10mins behind time and still was in the waiting room almost 1 hour and a half. Seemed that one dentist had to serve several patients at once.

The workers showed up late to my appointment. They were on lunch. Second appointment the nurse halfway cleaned my teeth filed teeth that didn’t need filing and missed the two that needed to be filed. I went to have my wisdom teeth pulled. They took x rays then told me because there was no specialist I would have to go to VCU.

I went there to get more x rays because dental first x ray “wasn’t acceptable ” my teeth are killing me I wish I could just pull them out with a wrench or some pliers. Don’t come here for wisdom teeth removal. If I could put zero stars I would. Go to commonwealth dentistry in colonial heights.

I love the hygienist (Jessica) she is so friendly and amazing!!! at what she does the dentist (Dr Morrison) is pretty quick with the procedures but he kinda hurt me twice since I visited but other than that his pretty ok.

The only thing that bothers me is the Receptionist she is so unprofessional and never knows what is going on when patients come in or checking out she messed up my chart and had to do it all over again which made me have to wait several minutes before she got it right ! Overall this is a good place they just need to replace her the receptionist!
