DO NOT GO HERE. This is the first google review I have ever written, and I would give zero stars if I could. Dr. Sams saw me in September for an emergency root canal. I was in a lot of pain which he promptly relieved, and my initial appointment was good, compared to the nightmare that has followed. Firstly, he is the only person at the office, no hygienist or front desk staff, and the office is dirty with outdated and broken equipment.
At my following visit, his equipment for taking molds was broken. He does not take insurance but assured me he would call me later that day to reschedule my appointment for a permanent crown, at which point I paid him in full for my next appointment. He never called me back, and after leaving voicemails for a week, I sought dental care elsewhere, meanwhile he pocketed over 2,000 dollars from me for a crown that he never placed. At my new dentist, they informed me that he had broken a file in my root during my procedure, and referred me to a specialist where the entire root canal had to be re-done due to his terrible work on the canal itself in order for it to be successful. In October, after multiple emails trying to rectify this situation, he mailed me a bill with a post-it attached asking for my credit card information. I have sent him documentation, my xrays from my new dentist, and maxed out my dental insurance from rectifying his work which was a months long process, with no response.
If you care about your dental health, go elsewhere. He will provide you with temporary pain relief and then take your money and not respond. I will be filing a complaint with the Board of Dentistry as well, as his negligence causes more harm than good. Hope this helps anyone seeking emergency dental care.

I was in serious pain from a tooth and was desperate. I should have known better when the dentist himself answered the phone at 8 at night and said he could see me at 8am. Upon arrival, should have been my second red flag. This place was filthy, and there was nobody in the office but the dentist- no reception. He then told me they don’t take insurance, only credit cards….
another red flag. When I got back to the chair he told me we needed an X-ray, when I had called the night before I told him I just had one done if I could just call that dentist and have them send it. He got very rude and just did the X-ray anyway, putting a nasty stained cover over me. It didn’t work, but while he was messing with trying to “process” it, I looked behind me at the implements and the tray they were on was dirty, the boxes stained, and his tools looked rusted and from the 70s. I quickly got up and said I needed to leave, and he told me I needed to pay for an exam $120 or some dollars I was frazzled at this point and don’t remember) (he also only took 2 seconds and help a mirror in my mouth), I said that did not seem fair, and he told me to “just leave” very rudely.
This place is something from a horror movie- DO NOT GO. He should be reported.

Dr. Sam is an accommodating and kind doctor/ dentist. The only unfortunate thing with me is I had amalgam fillings that dissolved & deposited mercury in my system and I was warned by my nutritionist that dentists have not been widely educated in that correcting the problem " old school " calls for drilling which of course releases the toxic metal as a gas back into one's system a d makes matters worse .
My hair started coming out almost immediately. It seemed to let up with probiotic consumption but at the time I didn't want to attach blame before things were more conclusive.

Dr. Sams was super kind and reasurring, I had to have a tooth pulled, no pain, quick and easy proceedure. However the most impressive thing was that he was available on the weekend, I developed a dental issue suddenly, trying to find an office thats open on a weekend was nearly impossible.
