Lovely office. I came into the office needing someone to give me an exam and explain how I could get my mouth back into shape. I have just recovered from a major sickness and my teeth slowly began to deteriorate. I was very and am always very nervous about money and the dentist. What a relief! I found such a kind and mild manner dentist with such patience. I actually laughed in the dental chair. He and his assistant are wonderful.

I have been in the office for the last few months and have completed all my dental treatment. Not only am I smiling again but the cost was never a concern of mine. I was given a payment plan and each time my work was completed, I was happy to pay. I can say enough about the pleasant receptionist and assistant Judy. My next visit is with their hygienist Julia. Thank you, thank you for making me smile again Dr. Claypoole!

I have been going to this office for over 10 yrs. , we were patients prior to Dr Claypoole taking over this practice. I loved Julie ( the hygienist) , so she was the reason I stayed , but then my daughter had a dental emergency which landed her in a few day hospital stay. My daughter had seen Dr Claypoole that morning, prior to taking her to the ER I had reached out to both numbers listed as dental emergency numbers, never hearing back from anyone until the following day, still complete lack of concern. .

Never heard back from dentist or his wife Judy again until the following week when I went in to the office to express my concerns with how they handle emergency’s Or lack of , I should say. . Never got to speak with Dr Claypoole but his wife Judy, expressed no concern, what so ever, completely uncaring & ignorant to my concerns. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. As per my prior experiences with Judy her ONLY concerns are financial.

My only sadness is for Julie. She was the only one who expressed any concern throughout the entire 10 day ordeal.

Dr. Claypoole, Julie, and their whole team is the best! I receive the most thorough cleanings here, and Dr. Claypoole always makes prudent recommendations. A little far from where I am but still worth the long drive.
