I am giveing 3 stars only bc techs was very friendly and patiently, dr was ok too. But the I am very upset , bc since last 6 times I got service care by 6 different doctors. I never hear that , for any other place in 3 months.

. I understand you could be in short staff but at least, since this location doesn’t have a definitely doctor keep in schedule same dr for same day of the week. Every doctor has different technique , know the problems of his patient, how has been , how has been improved, how patient are feeling comfortable with doctor.

So Please put your self in position of patient and ( parents) if will feeling good while to take care for health by 6 different doctors in 3 months…!!!. And last time in April, I leave a note , that to inform if that doc would be for next appointment, , in case not , the Diamond office have to called to let me know what day, and nothing any call happend , just show up another doctor. So please think and organize schedule not only for emergency service ,but at least for a same day of week keep same doctor

I was so happy at the first day when I got my braces and gave them a 5 star but I have to give them a 2 star. Stuffs are friendly. I made an appointment for my second visit, the called me around 3-4 hours before my appointment and the cancelled my appointment due to some outage of the branch. Same thing happened with my third visit as well. The cancelled my appointment due to schedule change of the dentist.

And they can’t even accommodate me for my appointment at the afternoon because they don’t do braces at afternoon. This is so frustrating. They should know better time management. Idk who’s fault is this or it’s just coincidence that happened to me twice in first 2 months but the good thing is less wait time and stuff and dentist are super friendly and professional

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been waiting to be informed that my retainers arrived for MONTHS. I had an appointment in February and was told it would take weeks. I waited and waited. Called in May and they said they still weren’t delivered.

I called back today, June 25, 2025, 118 days later, and was told that my retainers arrived in March. How? Why was I not contacted? Why was this information not given to me in May when I called? I’m pretty sure my retainers will not fit because it’s been months and my teeth have probably shifted. Terrible service from a company that I spent thousands of dollars with.
