She clearly takes great pride in making sure everything is done perfectly, and I could feel the care in her work and how she handled everything. It was evident that she was focused on getting everything down to the best of her abilities, making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. And I have to give a huge shoutout to Vivyana, the treatment coordinator. Not only was she friendly and knowledgeable, but she also walked me through the entire process of getting approved for braces with so much detail and clarity. She made what could have been a complicated process feel effortless.

Her energy, professionalism, and thoroughness really stood out and let’s just say, that was definitely not the only thing about her that caught my attention. Even the receptionist was great, very friendly, soft-spoken, and welcoming, making sure everything went smoothly from the moment I walked in.
