I will never recommend any of my family or friends to this company the dr and staff are rude they have no respect for people who trying to get things done they on the there cell phone or they have AirPods when you trying to ask a question they don’t hear you… also the dr is rude he don’t let you talk he talks over you he either Korean or Chinese not sure he has black short hair.

If I was you I will go somewhere else this place over charge and it better going somewhere else

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this orthodontic office (the brand in general is the worst) and would never recommend it to anyone who values their time and money. From the beginning, they failed to prescribe the correct treatment, leading to unsatisfactory results. Instead of taking responsibility, they continuously tried to upsell me on additional treatments to fix their mistakes. Every visit was an inconvenience, as they always seemed to have a new policy in place that made things more complicated. Customer service is nonexistent—they don’t listen to concerns, show no accountability, and make every interaction frustrating.

Avoid this place at all costs. They will waste your time, fail to provide the right treatment, and then try to squeeze more money out of you. Absolutely terrible experience.

Everything here is perfect and the staff behaves really well—very professional and friendly. However, I just have one small complaint. Sometimes during emergencies—like when the wire inside my mouth becomes irritating—I try to look them up on Google to visit immediately. Google shows that the office is open, but when I go there, it’s actually closed.

This gets frustrating at times. I hope this can be looked into and updated regularly to avoid confusion during urgent situations.
