The prices at this location are quite attractive, which I appreciate. However, I have some concerns about the level of expertise and involvement from the staff. The dentist tends to spend very limited time with patients, and much of the work appears to be handled by individuals who may not be licensed professionals.

I believe the overall care experience would improve if the dentist were more engaged with each patient’s progress and made better use of the progress photos submitted through the app, rather than scheduling brief and sometimes unnecessary visits. I hope to see more personalized attention in the future.

Lux Cuts

I recently had my first-ever visit to the dentist, and I have to admit my experience was actually smooth and reassuring from start to finish. The clinic was clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helped me with the paperwork, which was quick and easy. I didn’t have to wait long before being called in for my appointment.

The dental hygienist took the time to explain what would happen during the cleaning and exam, which helped ease my anxiety. The dentist was professional, patient, and gentle during the check-up. They walked me through what they saw on the X-rays and gave helpful advice on how to improve my brushing and flossing routine without making me feel judged. What stood out the most was how they made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.

I left the office feeling informed, relieved, and motivated to take better care of my teeth. For anyone who’s hesitant about their first dental visit, I’d say: don’t stress—it might be much better than you expect!

I had the best experience with Diamond Braces. The entire team is well-organized, professional, and clearly very experienced. Milady, in particular, was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She had a great attitude and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend them!
