Awful experience, I am going in for a crack in the tooth to solve my problem. It wasn’t hurting me. She is more concerned on marketing other products than resolving my issue. She had the audacity to tell me I need a better insurance. She was repeating twice to me.

They wanted to fraud the insurance. Also, treated me like a moron assuming that I didn't understand English and telling her staff to explain in Spanish. Don’t go to any chain facilities, Preferably an independent dentist. They care about money not about you- how much can they charged to the insurance.

Here’s my honest opinion about this establishment. I initially visited for a limited exam and was very specific about my main concern, which I clearly communicated before my appointment. I’m a straightforward person, and I expect anyone to at least have basic courtesy and listen attentively.

Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a patient-focused experience. The treatment coordinator seemed more interested in upselling than in providing me with options and giving me accurate information.

Wonderful place. Everyone there are kind and professional. The dentist is the best! Not sure about the negative reviews here because I have never been to a dentist place like this one that makes me feel comfortable and cares about my fear of dentist. Thank you Dr. Dental for everything!

Front desk staff are disorganized and incompetent. Made an appointment last month for my husband, called to confirm - no appointment on the books even though I had a confirmation email. Made another for today, it was honored, surprisingly. However the wait time was insane. He was there from 1PM to almost 4PM.

If you are running behind you should have the courtesy to explain this to your paying customers in the waiting room. Instead he was given excuses. They also sent me paperwork digitally to fill out for him but then still insisted he fill it out in person. It made no sense and he ended up wasting a lot of his time today.
