Although my experince when taking care of my teeth has been decent and the dental hygienist is very nice. The finance clarity aspect has not. I went to multiple appointments and paid a lot of money over the past couple months out of pocket every single visit on top of using my insurance. I was sent a collections bill for owing money but I was never ever told I owed anything nor warned that I’d be sent to a collections agency and again I paid a good chunk of money every single visit. I have called multiple times and left messages and no one has reached out to me.

I was told the office manager would reach out to me and she never has. I’d advise to be careful when it comes to billing because they’ll tell you one price, and then boom suddenly you’re getting calls from a collections agency without any knowledge that you ever owed anything. That is lacking integrity. Please be cautious when it comes to what you have to pay / what insurance covers or does not cover.

I had a great experience at Dr. Dental. All of the staff is extremely friendly and professional. The doctor is very knowledgeable and thorough.

She is also very gentle which helped ease my nerves. All of the staff was very hygienic and changed their gloves often, even after touching the computer before returning to touching tools. I definitely felt like everyone involved in my care wanted to make sure I had a positive experience and I did. I’m so grateful for their care!
