My son has some extra needs and they have always been amazing . with him. He used to be scared and anxious at one time but he has grown to be so comfortable and cooperative because of their kindness and understanding.

We had a tooth emergency that we needed to have addressed while we were on vacation and Dr. Krista took the time after hours to help to know what to do until we were able to get into the office. Couldn't ask for better care than that!

Dr. Krista Baier is absolutely amazing. We had a problem at night and she texted back within minutes. She is the kindest, gentlest soul and I cannot thank her enough for the love and compassion she brings everyday. She was incredible with our son and that is an understatement! Highly recommend!

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed in this dentist office. They are booking appointments before the 9 month period and are billing me to pay when I have 100% coverage. I have never needed to contact my insurance company to get information on my coverage because the other dentist offices just do it on their own and I never have an issue. Every dentist I have ever been to has done their due diligence to know when the coverage period starts and ends and have booked accordingly. I trusted them to book the appointments and never questioned it because I didn’t think I had to from previous experiences. This is not the first time we’ve booked with them. As a matter of fact we have been there multiple times for regular visits and also a major procedure which was over $6000.

So it’s not like they don’t have the insurance information. They do but just were too lazy to check when to book the appointment properly. They made this error but they are not taking any responsibility and now want me to pay for their faults. If I don’t pay they threaten to send it to collections. I shouldn’t have to pay for a service when I have 100% coverage. I’ve never had to pay out of pocket because I have a wonderful package through the insurance company. If they would’ve just done their job and checked when the coverage period started then we wouldn’t be in this mess.

The person I spoke with today lacked any knowledge or empathy whatsoever. Very cold and rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend this dentist to anyone. I will also be making a complaint through RCDSO. Hopefully they learn from this mistake and don’t put any burdens on other families.
