Oral hygiene is a sensitive topic and for most people their visits become more out of necessity than maintenance and it feels good that you can be welcomed by a staff that it doesn’t matter the condition you come through those doors but rather the condition you leave out. I really love this practice.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute circus. No one has any idea what’s going on—from billing to appointments, it’s complete chaos. When you call to pay your bill, good luck—nobody knows what you owe, where to find the information, or how to help you. It’s like they’ve never used a computer before, despite having one right in front of them. Dr.

Oley has lied to me three separate times about what procedures he was going to do. Instead of a simple phone call to clarify anything, I’m forced to miss work and make another appointment just to get a straight answer. And don’t expect anyone to call you when your nightguard is ready—you’ll have to chase them down week after week because apparently, following up is too much to ask. No one in this office gives a damn about their patients. They only care about squeezing as much money out of you as possible while wasting your time. It’s unprofessional, disorganized, and completely unacceptable.

I’ll be reporting this office to the VDA. Enough is enough. Save yourself the stress and go literally anywhere else.

Dr. Oley and Mohan always do excellent work. Dr. Oley’s bedside manner is wonderful! They are both so kind and do their best to put me at ease, to the degree that is possible 😃. I trust them and their skill level. I always know I am in good hands! I have also always had pleasant interactions with the office staff.

I would recommend Dr. Oley to anyone. Thank you Dr. Oley AND Mohan. Thank you for being patient with ME!

This was my first visit there and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was greeted and taken in the back. I barely started writing out the forms and I was early lol. My hygienest was awesome. She explained things to me and was very informative. The cleaning was great and the visit went very well. My time with the Dentist was brief but she was also very nice. I will absolutely go back.
