I have no idea how the dentists are here, because I didn't even get to see one. I had to wait 3 months for a "first available" appointment for my husband and me, and the person I talked to was not very helpful or friendly. Okay, sometimes that happens in a busy office. But the actual visit was worse. We came into the office at 9:45 for a 10:00 appointment with papers filled out. The front desk staff as slow and rude.
After being told a couple of times that we would be seen "soon," and watching other people come to the desk with complaints about the long wait (people who were still ahead of us), double bookings, and incorrect schedulings, we finally decided to leave at 11:30. No apology, no sympathy, just smirking and rolled eyes from the receptionist. There is no way we will come back to an office run this poorly. It's a factory, and it was clear that we were not the only unhappy people in the waiting room.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. Getting an appointment takes months, they don’t even give a courtesy call or text to remind you that you scheduled an appointment 6 months ago. They attempted to pull my son’s tooth when he was about 6 & kicked him out after yanking on his tooth for 20mins & he was telling them it hurt.
They said he was crying too loud & they didn’t have a pediatric dentist to help him. I had to beg another dentist office to see him immediately & they said he had an abscess & Eastern Dental should have never attempted to pull his tooth while he had an abscess. I’ve literally been on hold for 24 mins now whilst typing this & I can guarantee the front desk is doing absolutely nothing.

This office has gotten worse over the past 2-3 years. Not Only did they not tell me prior to setting up a root canal appointment for my child that it would should expect to be here for two hours. I got here at 10:45 for an 11 o’clock appointment it is 1:25 and my child is still not done.
The Blatant disregard for other peoples time is unacceptable. Someone could’ve told me that I the doctor is extremely overbooked 13 appointments in a 7hr day!!!! The doctor was apologetic however it’s not his fault they manage this dentist office like a farm herding cattle. This is the worse and I will be finding a new dentist MONDAY MORNING!!! ******** IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME DO NOT COME TO THIS DENTIST THEY HAVE TO DO BETTER!!!!!
