Dr. Echard and his entire staff are courteous, kind and respectful. I have had extensive dental work including dental bridges, implants, crowns . . you name it. Dr. Echard has worked with me to fix another dentists (that I won't name) mistake.

He and his staff have went above and beyond every time I have had an appointment. You are not pressed to have any work done that 1) you cannot afford, 2) you do not feel that you need. He will advise you but it is ultimately your decision and I highly respect that. There is no other office that I would recommend as highly as Elite Dental Experience. Dr. Echard and his staff are truly the best !! Would give extra stars if I could.

I couldn’t recommend Dr. Echard and his staff enough. They are thorough and truly care about the longevity of care they provide. Dr. Echard is great about sitting down with you and reviewing everything he feels needs to be done, options and even always offers a second opinion. He is respectful and very trustworthy.

He has provided excellent care to my family and we will continue to seek care from him and trust his expertise beyond anyone else we have seen in the Tri-Cities. He develops a well thought out plan when it comes to treatment and is honest with you when he feels that it’s beyond his scope and you need to see a surgeon or endodontist. You can tell that he truly cares for his patients and is truly wonderful at what he does. Every time he has done treatment on me he takes pictures and shows me every step so I can see where his concern was and how he fixes it. He stands by his work and I have had nothing but a wonderful experience from this office.
