The entire experience from diagnosis of needing a root canal was phenomenal: the guidance and treatment, the excellent referral to an orthodontist and actual painless procedure was beyond my expectations. Everyone along these needed dental visits made me feel like a family member. I’m appreciative of every member’s caring and professionalism and making a dentist visit so simple.

Hello, English Rose Dental, First, I would like to comment that I always try to share my opinion/experience of service with English Rose Dental that I have been going to for some 25-30 years. With this being said, Doctor H. did great as always. Susan, that cleaned my teeth, did a great job as always. One can really tell she cares for her customers? I'm very comfortable with her care. Also, in my opinion, however, the assistant for The Crown work may need more training or observation. The reason I bring this up is because I suggested to her that she needs to be more careful with the patient, meaning the tools she was putting in my mouth including the suction She was often pinching my lip against my teeth between 6 to 8 times causing my mouth to twitch and a few times when she was holding down my tongue, keeping it away from the grinding tool.

It was causing me to gag when the doctor or her were grinding my tooth for a new Crown. I just mentioned it to her, so she was aware of it and could be more sensitive to patients' comfort. She responded she would try to do better. On another note, I paid down money on my bill and left and went to the hardware store to purchase something. When I went to pay, my wallet was gone. So I immediately freaked out, called the dentist, and let them know I believe I left it there. When I went back there, they couldn't find it.

But they let me know they checked all over, the elevator the stairway, They even checked with a couple of the neighboring businesses, I appreciated that so much they went out of their way at the front desk to help. I did find my wallet with customer service at the hardware store that I went to afterward. There are some still some good people out there. Thank you all for being part of my families dental care. I don't have the greatest teeth, and I need all the help I can get. You're the best. MM
