She was gentle, explained everything to detail and provided me with the best experience ever - as a person who hasnt had the best experience with needles, i have never enjoyed them more lol. Would not recommend - probably the worst I've ever had and I'm writing here because this place is still troubling me to this day. I visited this clinic twice about 2 years ago, and I felt stigmatized by the dentist when completing my new patient exam. When sharing my medical history, he asked if I was "contagious" which I was NOT and I was concerned of his lack of knowledge or forethought when admitting a patient this way. I felt like such a leper when he said that, very rude and inconsiderate, and I have never received such questioning by any medical practitioner before.

He also could have quietly reviewed/researched this independently and discretely as is usually standard for any medical practice, without being so disrespectful to the patient. Also, the cleaning was insanely quick, as if they just wanted to get it over with and get me out of there - might have been because of the earlier prejudice from the dentist and he didn't want to "catch anything", or just poor service in general. Usually cleanings are around 30-60 minutes and you really feel like they thoroughly clean your teeth and gums to the point of near soreness. Both times I visited this clinic the cleaning was barely 10 minutes and they barely did anything, just lazily scrapped my gums and poked around a bit! It felt no different than than something I could have done at home.

My dental health is consistently very good, but I always get a full dental cleaning no matter what - even if I have to get my fillings touched up afterwards, and I could tell something was very strange here. I also found it strange that for both visits I "maxxed out" for my insurance coverage, so each visit counted as the only cleaning for each qualifying period of coverage. For how little was completed each time (exam, x-ray, and pitiful cleaning), the quality and quantity of services did not seem worth it! Other dental clinics could have done better. The one highlight was that the dental assistant was very kind and friendly, and I wish her all the best!

Very friendly service. Dr. Kaur and Yido assisted me on my wisdom tooth removal procedure. They were so attentive and clarified all the doubts that I had. Would highly recommend the clinic.
