The office staff and assistants were great. The doctor on the other hand, was very negative once he came into the room. He became upset that I was referred to him from my dentist. He said "That's the problem when others only want to do what's easy and send people here and there. " He was upset with the x-rays sent from my dentist and was doing a panorama set in October. I mentioned that I had an abscessed tooth and was put on antibiotics until I came to see him. His response "Yes. I'll do the procedure in October.

" I'm a diabetic! I also asked about something to help calm beforehand. His response, "I could but I'm prejudiced. I get all these old people on canes and it could cause a fall. " I'm only 62, and I have had a stroke causing me to use a cane. I do understand his point, however, his demeanor was totally inappropriate. He was snapping at his assistant, and she was so nice. Maybe he was having a bad day? However, it does not constitute his behavior.

Dr. Erdeljac and his care team, including the front office ladies and phone operators are all amazing! My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Erdeljac explained the procedure and the risks, and answered any questions we had. The evening of the surgery, Dr. Erdeljac called to check on my daughter. We also had a follow up appointment a week after my daughter’s surgery. In between the two appointments, I had many minor questions.

Someone always got back with me quickly and did not show any annoyance at my questions, no matter how small. They said to call again if we had any other questions. If they’re not in the office, they have an answering service who will contact them and have a member of the care team call you back. Two weeks post-op and my daughter is doing very well. I cannot say enough good about Dr. Erdeljac or his team, and would recommend him any time oral surgery was needed.

Dr Erdeljac did a great job and was swift in extracting my wisdom teeth. Talked to me the whole time and made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend he and his staff for any oral surgery.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Erdeljac and the team at Findlay Oral Surgery! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so nice, kind, and genuinely helpful. The care we received was above and beyond. Dr. Erdeljac was incredibly personable and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we fully understood the process.

You can tell he truly cares about his patients—this isn’t one of those places where you feel like just a number. What really stood out to me was how he personally called us around dinnertime on the day of my daughter’s surgery to check in and see how she was doing. That kind of care is rare these days, and it meant so much to us. We were visiting from out of town to have my 14-year-old daughter’s wisdom teeth removed, and Dr. Erdeljac made her feel completely comfortable and at ease every step of the way.

For a nervous mom like me, that level of attention and kindness made all the difference. This was hands-down the best dental office we could have chosen. Thank you, Dr. Erdeljac and the entire Findlay Oral Surgery staff—you all are truly awesome!
