This was my first time here and I had an excellent experience. I think I found my long time dentist . He explained everything to me step by step . So helpful so patient .

I couldn’t be more satisfied. Most importantly I didn’t feel any kind of pain at all ! Highly recommended place to go to ;) Also the front desk lady I believe her name is Kristina super friendly and funny not to mention she also explained every details regarding to the bill . Thank you all 😎😎

The staff are friendly and engaging. The Drs. Patel are wonderful dentists. They talk you through the process and are very gentle. I was even laughing at something on TV during my root canal! Highly recommend.

I'm a new patient and I'm here to stay!! First of the greeting I received when I walked into the door by the receptionist made me feel very welcome and special. Then when I went back, as soon as the dentist walked in, Dr. Patel, I recognized him from uncc! Already made a connection, not to mention he is very smart and did a thorough and careful examination and I felt he was very honest and not trying to push me to do anything unnecessary.

He explained to me everything he was doing and even did my first cleaning himself! He said at their practice the dentist does the first cleaning in order to have the chance to really get to know the patient. I love that and have never seen that at any other practice! The cleaning was amazing he really got everything! Greatly appreciated this visit. I'm here to stay at this practice!

I was referred to Dr. Patel about 7 years ago and boy am I glad I was! When entering the office, I'm always greeted with smiles and kind conversation from the front desk crew :) Back of house and Dr. Patel always have a great "bedside" manner and are incredible at what they do. I truly appreciate the time Dr.
