If there was an option for a Zero I would give it. I tried my best to be patient with Flatlands Dental. Granted I had a 12:30 appointment. Once I realized that I was not going to make it on time I called and spoke to Elana (probably misspelled). I told her I was in traffic and needed to push my appointment back. She confirmed. I got there at 1:55pm. After sitting in the waiting room for 2 and a half hours I went to the front desk to inquire on how long more before I’m called. I was told I’m next and this was at 4:00pm.

I waited at the front desk because at this point I was overly annoyed and I wasn’t going to sit back down. I wanted them to see that I was highly annoyed, but at the same time trying to be patient. I waited at the front desk, everyone kept saying “I’m next”. So I said to them I heard that already. To be honest, the only one that truly tried to assist me was Elana! She tried to explain to them that I did call to give a heads up and that I’ve been waiting. Fast forward, I’m finally called in and was seated in the dentist chair at 5:09 pm. I’m so over it at this point. They took an X-Ray and then I waited again until 5:45 pm, only for the Dentist, I believe her name is Dr. Kozak or something like that, to ask me what I’m there for.

I told her what I was there for. She then looks into my mouth and tells me she can’t do my filling job because she has two patients waiting with bigger jobs to do. I then stated to her that has nothing to do with me. Those people can wait just like I did. She said I had to come back. Nope, I told her I would never show myself in that place again. As I was walking out l, I repeated the same thing to the front entrance staff. I WOULD NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE OF FLATLANDS DENTAL EVER AGAIN.

My dad recommended this place, I’ve been going to here for a while now for my braces treatment . Their space is very clean and organized but its get very busy. If you ever need any help with appointment’s Lisa is honestly the best person to help u.

Wonderful, wonderful service! Clean and fast. The 3 ladies today were great, Aidia is always helpful and knowledgeable. X -ray young lady with the ponytail was quick and efficient! She did great work with the pain that comes with the cardboard pics. The dentist was awesome, he answered all my questions and advised me on what is needed. Definitely give this dental office 10/10! Will be back soon.

We had a wonderful experience at Flatlands dental care! The staff was incredibly welcoming, patient, and professional. The pediatric orthodontist took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that was easy for both my child and me to understand. The office is clean, modern, and very kid-friendly—my child felt at ease the entire time.

We’re grateful for the excellent care and look forward to our future visits. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch pediatric orthodontic care!
