I was very disappointed I used to love this place but yesterday was very dissatisfied. Dr. Was sounded kinda rude . The tone she gave was way different than before visits. I felt like she's having a bad day.

I had an appointment but was not able to make it. I called to cancelled and a courtesy to reschedule was not extended. The dental office still had me as though my appointment was kept. Dishonest as does this mean you will be billing my insurance even though I was not seen. Tried to call and no one has gotten back to me. Not happy at all as this was my favorite place....
