Never again would i subject myself to a dental place like this. The staff is nice i will say that. But it gives a room in the projects rented out to perform malpractice. They didn’t prescribe me pain meds or antibiotics. The Denist was very aggressive with extraction my tooth. Said i would feel pressure. No i felt the process. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy. I will be contacting the better business bureau. It’s not proper working conditions. They stuck tissue in my bloody mouth didn’t allow me to rinse it.

And said i was done i asked for a mask. I came home and i had blood all over my mouth. Understand every person that walks into your establishment isn’t poor or uneducated. You got the right one. Then you had some guy running into the rooms while work is being done. How tasteless is that . SMH DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU HAVE A SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT. Go to the one on Grand Concourse. So mad i didn’t go there.

I don't recommend Gotham to anybody; first, I went in for a transplant procedure and was told that my insurance would pay all or none for this procedure. I went through the whole process for months, then when the crowns were done, they slapped me with a 3,000 dollar bill for the crowns stating that insurance lapsed, but they got their money for the first part, so how is it they pay for all or none? I was lied to, and I wasn't even walked through a procedure, leaving me with metal in my mouth and no crowns.

I just left this deplorable place I was referred to them for sedation that they didn’t do for two teeth to be removed they didn’t numb the area enough and I felt the entire extraction that I couldn’t let them remove the other tooth I hate that doctor for the trauma I’m dealing with

This is the most ghetto dentist place I’ve ever been too the wait is also insane you won’t be seen till like 4 hours after your appointment time I tried giving it a chance but it’s the same experience nothing changes the WORST! THE WORST!!! DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR DAY!!!! They have no respect for people’s time.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!
