Very bad place I missed appointment due to pregnancy and no car now I have to find my child another dentist when I kept rescheduling then they had my child get unnecessary procedures glad I see why they have bad reviews

I scheduled appointments for my kids today at 11:45 AM. When I arrived, the lady said we hadn't confirmed the appointment. The Grand Strand usually try to confirm via text message but they didn't text me. I explained to the lady that I have poor service sometimes because I live in the country because she claims that they tried to call me. It's a 45-minute drive from the dentistry.

Then the lady had the nerve to say, 'Well, you can wait. Maybe somebody won't show up. ' I couldn't believe it. Do you really want me to hang around, hoping that someone won't show up because I got two toddlers with me?

Absolutely terrible. I took my 5 yr old niece here, as it’s her “regular” dentist and she’s now temporarily in my care. She’s complained to me 2x since spring that her teeth hurt. She has cavities in her two front teeth. As she just came into my care, I couldnt do anything about it before but ask her parent to take her to an appointment.

I arrive and the assistant cleaning her teeth is rude. And Dr. Winnie? Well, her dental plan is to let them keep decaying until she’s 6/7 and they come out naturally, because fillings don’t like to stay in within front teeth, and they have too much good root to pull. What?!?! Who cares if the fillings fall out?!?! They can be replaced!!! Her not having pain caused by tooth sensitivity should be the priority!!! And we won’t even get into how she treated me because I’m temporarily responsible for my niece and not her mother, like I’m the one who made that call. I’ve never been so disgusted by a health care professional in my life

they over charge for everything ,double the price than anywhere else!!!!PLEASE PEOPLE CALL AROUND GET A PRICE!! Also they go on a yearly trip to the Bahamas paid for by the dentist office I guess this is why it’s so expensive…. . You will find that they charge more than anywhere else. Guy named Bill at the billing department is a jerk.

I always pay in full and never offered a discount for paying in full. I went to another place $200 for the year, 2 cleanings and discount on anything major… They charged me $195 for one cleaning on my son…. They also try to get you to do a x-ray every time you bring your child in to charge you even more $$$…do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
