Wish I never. . . Still long-lasting pain. Front staff was nice, but some shady stuff is going on during the dental exams. Where to start. I had a molar that was starting to turn dark under their care, I went in early(before checkup) to get it looked at. This is a shocker for me as I always have gone to the dentist every 6 months for as long as I can remember with nothing like this ever happening with my teeth. This was my second visit here as I found this dentist after I recently moved. I was told/diagnosed with my new new dentist here that it was just a stain.

She then informed me she was going on mat leave. When I returned 3 months later for a routine cleaning, a new dentist or replacement that was taking over for her said, "Ohh wow, you have a very serious cavity here!" The dentist said after my cleaning. I was shocked, as I was told a few months prior it was only a stain. . . "Nope, this is pretty bad," she said. So, I was extremely frustrated afterward. Now this tooth has been rotting for 3 months. . I could not understand how a so-called dentist could brush this off as a stain!! How does this happen? I mentioned what was said to me prior to the woman who was now fixing my tooth, and she just brushed it off like it was never said to me.

I ended up getting the tooth fixed that week with them, and I never returned! Something is not right with this place. Despite all the great reviews, I am just warning others here. Over a year now has passed, and I still have pain in this tooth when I chew. My new dentist can't seem to find the issue, but suggesting some damage has probably occurred from before with the deep cavity. . . Like I said from the start. I WISH I Never went here! Never had tooth pain from any prior dental work in the past.

My family & I have been going to Greenbrook Dentistry for years. The ownership has changed and we have noticed a huge difference. I pride myself on my dental hygene, and only had one cavitie when i started at this location. The last few years every visit I had a cavity or two to fill, & was told there were potential cavities appearing. I wasn't doing anything different & they couldnt tell me why I had all these cavities.

They were happy to charge my benefits and fix them for me though. I have since switched dentists and surprise, surprise no cavities. My suspicions were correct & I am disappointed they are taking advantage of people in this way.

Don't be surprised if they drop you as a client if you have some life stuff pop up also when they do they will try to charge you money on top of dropping you as a dentist I sadly recommend this waste company to a few people I wouldn't personally waste my time with these guys learned that lesson the hard way.
