I was very pleased with the whole process. From the front desk to check out, I was very well taken care of. Tony put me at ease with the scans and x-rays and made it very comfortable by explaining what was being done. My husband was also entertained by all the technical stuff. Rachel explained my options and answered all my questions and Katherine wrapped it all up with my financial paperwork.

I was only there under an hour so it didn’t take up my day. I’m looking forward to my new smile and getting the treatment from Hatcher and Frye Orthodontics. It is all very much appreciated.

Very rarely have I been so impressed with a business! First time here and Right out the gate the receptionists and Bria were amazing! Bria is perfect at her job—so knowledgeable and friendly. Then the coordinator Kelsi was so informative, professional, and organized! The business is like a well-oiled machine and all the pieces work great together. I see why this place is so prestigious and well thought of—the owner, Dr.

I absolutely love the staff at Hatcher & Frey. Everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming. My 6 year old was treated with the gentleness of care. The experience made us feel comfortable and cared about. Scheduling was easy and our appointment was on time.

Kelsi was extremely thorough and accommodating. She routinely checked in with me to answer any questions and assisted with expedited scheduling. I wish every medical office was as great as the Western Branch Hatcher & Frey location.
