The entire settings is very professional and friendly! The young ladies at the front desk is very knowledgeable of there job. Dr. Bui is GREAT at her job I am so afraid of needles it's not funny but she explained to me it's just going to be a tad of discomfort (which it was) once we got pass that hurdle it was smooth sailing. What I appreciated the most was the modern technology they are using.

My mouth was a wreck and my insurance changed so I found myself looking for a new dentist. I made the right choice going to Healthy Smiles Dental Care. The staff from the front desk to the dental technicians to the dentist are all warm and welcoming (I almost didn’t feel the pain of the needles). With each procedure, I was alerted to what was happening and reassured throughout. Even leaving the office, the staff inquired about my well-being and reminded me of after care. I was very pleased with the restoration of my smile.

You wouldn’t know that I had dental work done if I didn’t tell you. Oh, and nothing has broken or fallen out since being fixed. The office is warm and welcoming. The colors create comfort for anyone accompanying you to the appointment. The equipment is state of the art. I felt like I was going to teleport (like Star Trek ) while getting a CT scan of my tooth.

It was so advanced! The best part for me was that they took my insurance. Any preauthorizations were handled in a timely manner with the staff clearly communicating expectations to cover dental work. I highly recommend this Healthy Smiles Dental Care.

So far I've been very happy and grateful for this practice. Wendy at the front desk has been invaluable in helping me feel comfortable and scheduling my care as I need. Dentist Dr. Xu is very professional and cares for you, asking me to raise my left hand if I was in any pain. Claudia is another worker who was very helpful, basically everyone so far has been professional and kind.

Which means a lot from a dentist, and I've had to get three root canals and a slew of fillings done already with them. Will update if any issues are raised that I feel warrant editing this, but I'm just very appreciative. The pricing is affordable, Medicaid/Maryland Healthy Smiles is accepted, and they do also offer some sort of financing depending.

Dr, Shoe and his assistant Wendy are good-hearted people. Extremely professional and compassionate. I recommend anyone that has had a bad experience inl dentist treatment to go to healthy smiles. His business is a blessing and gave me my smile back.
