My two kids Landon and Maggie have been coming here to the parham location for their braces and let me tell y’all ! hands down ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the best office , the best doctors , the best assistants, the best receptionist ( Joan) is the best she is always kind and smiling and always helpful with adjusting appointments . The have reward programs for the kids to keep them eager to keep up with brushing and coming to their appointments and they give out dippin dots 💕 I wish all our dentists appointments could be at this office , not just the ortho ones .

Would highly recommend to anyone !

Getting braces as a grown up is a heck of a glow up. Very glad I did. Mandy is wonderful and made the experience easy and efficient. She’s of those people who’s just really gifted at what she does. Dr. Horsey kept going until my smile and bite were 100%. Happy mama.

My brother and I have went to this orthodontist, I have been going for about 3-4 years because I had to get a surgery done which made the process go longer and everytime I go back its always a great experience! The nurses are so sweet and Dr. Horsey always greets us with a bright welcoming smile. They help straighten my teeth and look out for anything else the dentist needs to know about.

This orthodontist is truely amazing and I 100% reccomend coming here.

I began my orthodontic treatment at Horsey after conducting extensive research, setting up numerous consultations around town, and exploring my options. I thought I had made the right decision in choosing Horsey for my journey in braces and was hopeful, particularly after reading the many 5-star reviews and as Dr. Horsey assured me we could achieve ideal results without additional surgeries such as temporary anchorage device (TAD) placement or jaw surgery. I was wrong. About six months into my treatment, it was time for me to have four baby teeth extracted. The practice was no help, and I was left to communicate and coordinate with my oral surgeon which teeth needed to be extracted and when the surgery needed to take place in the orthodontic treatment timeline.

A few more months went by and I was still having doubts about the direction in which my treatment plan was headed, so I requested a meeting with Dr. Horsey to express my concerns. He was very dismissive during the meeting and asked me if I'd be willing to get TADs placed or have jaw surgery as part of my plan — both options he had ensured me early on during our initial consultation I wouldn't need. I expressed I'd be open to TADs, so they wrote me a referral on a slip of paper with dots on a diagram of where the TADs should be placed, handed it to me, and told me to book an appointment with my oral surgeon for the surgery. There was no offer to pick up the phone and call my oral surgeon to discuss my case and ensure they were on the same page about where the TADs should be placed. I realized I was in the wrong hands for my case and made the decision to look elsewhere to continue my treatment.

I called the practice to tell them I was discontinuing my treatment with them and ask how I could obtain a refund for the services not yet rendered. No one ever asked why I was leaving or seemed to care. Maybe if you have a textbook cut-and-dry orthodontic case you'll have a better experience, but I was extremely disappointed.
