Amazing. Dr Payami, Christina, and Vicky were outstanding. I’ll be honest I was terrified to get my wisdom teeth removed. Needed to get 3 of them taken out and I thought it was the end of the world. I have to say they made me feel extremely comfortable. The procedure was quick, easy and painless. Highly recommend them because everyone was GREAT!

My son had an extraction and he was scared and nervous. The staff, assistants and doctor were patient and the process was quick and he didn't feel any pain. I also appreciated the doctor calling after hours to check on my son.

I had gotten all my four wisdom teeth out by Dr. Payami. I have to tell you that I had very little swelling and discomfort during and after the procedure. The incision healed very quickly and it does not even feel like I've gotten my teeth pulled out.

The staff was very supportive and very welcoming. When I started worrying, the assistants were comforting me and took care of me. Dr. Payami was amazing! Definitely recommend!

Rose is a deplorable excuse of a human being- I do not recommend this practice to ANYONE for a few reasons. The most glaring of those reasons are his office staff and billing person at the Yorktown office- specifically. ROSE- THE THORN OF HUMANITY. During the visit I noticed how rude and curt his staff was, not only me, but everyone in the waiting room. There were many issues and discrepancies about how much would be due at the time of service. One Friday in late April, I received a letter from Hudson Valley Oral surgery, it had a large orange sticker that said “Final Notice” and a $4,100 balance notification. Well, I never received even a first or second notice. I called the office- I wanted to speak to someone because I made sure before the appointment that my insurance would cover this procedure in full. “Oh, the person you need to speak to is Rose, she won’t be here until the Tuesday after next. ” So, this Rose, has the audacity to send a letter with a final notice sticker when no correspondence was ever sent to me prior, and then go on vacation- cool After a more than a week, I finally reach Rose- does she return my call? Of course not. She tells me that the insurance denied my claim stating “subscriber unknown”- I asked her to read me back the information she has on file- it’s correct.

“Did you add the group number?” Of course this dummy didn’t- I asked her to do so and resubmit. Fast-forward- Friday, June 14th. I receive a letter from a collection agency stating that my account has been assigned to them due to an outstanding balance of $4,300 (an extra $200 pulled out of midair) I’m FURIOUS. I call the office- you’re not going to believe it- ROSE ISN’T there. She left for the day- at 3:12 although she allegedly works until 4pm. Weird right? I leave a message to please have her call me back on Monday. Since I can’t reach Rose, I call my insurance company- another shocker! They paid Hudson Valley Oral Surgery- on May 23rd (after the claim was resubmitted with the proper info), a check was issued- covering the expense of the appt?! Wow- Rose, you incompetent monster. Monday comes and goes- I call back myself on Tuesday- Rose, as nasty as can be- screams “I took care of it- now leave me alone” Whoa- although I definitely feel a negative way about this abomination named Rose, I didn’t even voice it- so what is she being so disgustingly unprofessional?! I tell her it is unacceptable to place someone in collections without doing your due diligence in investigating the claim or even submitting it properly. “I don’t care what you’re saying- Eff off” says Rose, and hangs up the phone on me. What? I call back- ask to speak to Rose- I want confirmation that my name was removed from collections and nothing more. She refuses to talk to me- for the entire day I guess I’m blackballed because they send me straight to their voicemail which plays “ we value and appreciate your referrals” on loop- NOT GETTING A REFERRAL FROM ME- Ever I contacted the Fishkill office- who are actually quite lovely and accommodating- requesting a call from Dr.

Payami- it is his practice, after all. I speak to him later that evening and inform him of the gross professionalism. I ask him to provide me with evidence that I was removed from collections since Rose, was unable to have normal human/professional interactions. He promised to do so the following day- the proof never came. I was disgusted that he would allow his staff to treat clients that way- he really didn’t seem too bothered by the fact that he had an incompetent, rude, imbecile (Rose) screwing up his billing and causing him too lose clients. I wholeheartedly do NOT recommend this practice- one should not have to take on additional stress over a routine dental procedure. There was no resolution nor closure. Rose is going to be the death of this practice. Shame on Dr. Payami for employing such an abomination of a person and allowing her to treat people with such unprofessionalism and rudeness. Avoid this practice at all costs- and if you ever see Rose- let her know, she’s horrible!
