Dr Morad and his team plus Dr. Rula and her team were there for every step of the way when I got my wisdom teeth removed. They were very professional and accommodating when I got the flu a couple days before my appointment.

After the procedure, they checked up on me with a phone call, and a week later through an in person visit. When I was concerned, they allowed me to come in for another unpaid check up. Overall, they were very friendly, professional, and an amazing team to have!!

Growing up I rarely smile with my mouth open because my teeth are not aligned and creates a shadow in my front teeth looking like I have a big gap. My family also will not visit a dental office unless they felt some pain so that’s always how I felt towards dentists. I visited ICON dental for the first time only because one of my teeth hurts too bad and I was calling dental office around to see who can take an urgent visit. Dr. Rula took such good care of me and that’s how I started my journey of active caring my dental health.

After numerous visits and trays of Invisalign (I’m not finished yet) I found myself taking pictures with teeth out and felt confident with my smile without closing my lips. And never had trouble again with pain or odour. It was a long journey but I felt grateful for having a kind and responsible dentist who genuinely care about my teeth and how it affects my life. Also big thanks for all the office members they are extremely helpful and caring to me ❤️
