I want to share the experience I had with ISmile. My boys were treated here for their braces. First visit went well. Second visit unfortunately I had to let them know that due to a sudden change in jobs out of state, that this was going to be their last visit. Well, a visit that supposed to be to tighten the wire ended up not doing so and only doing paperwork to cover themselves. Then they told me I had to pay the balance in full because I broke the contract.

They were not even wiling to work with me. I told them that at least tighten the braces “which was why the appointment was for” but the front desk just told me…”well you didn’t give us enough notice so we had to use this appointment for paperwork”. I was very upset because I did not know when I was able to find an orthodontist in my current state. Just be careful, these people don’t care much about the patients just the money. I have a call to the AAO to file a complaint. I had to call my insurance company to let them know we are no longer with that practice.

A call they never made. If I didn’t call they would have continued to collect payment from insurance company. Please be careful.
