Awesome service by Dr Pavy and staff. Dental Tech Rosetta extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr Pavy took his time and explained everything in detail, including a phone consultation. Impressed!

Worst experience ever! I was on vacation and needed a Root Canal. I went to a primary Dentist who personally called and set up an appointment for me with Dr. Pavy for the next day. I called to confirm they’d do the root canal in one visit since I was on vacation. Receptionist couldn’t confirm and told me I needed to bring a copy of my X-ray since she couldn’t figure out how to download it.

I told her I was on vacation and was with my grand children-she couldn’t confirm my appointment until I brought the X-ray in. So I had to run over there at 4:30 to bring it. He came in, and told me he couldn’t do the root canal the next day -even though I had a confirmed appointment. Told me to wait until I got home (9 days later) and have it done by my dentist!!! Ps I was in extreme pain. Then had the nerve to say “well I’m not going to charge you for today”.

Are you kidding me-charge me for what ——bringing my X-ray over and being told that my appointment that was made for me wasn’t going to be honored. I asked him why he couldn’t just tell me over the phone instead of making me drive over there -he said he wanted to tell me in person so I would understand! Understand what -that he handled this very unprofessionally???? Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor - I never write reviews-especially negative ones-but this was handled beyond ridiculous by his staff! Would NEVER recommend him-totally unprofessional and non caring. Jane

Very nice staff, who are super cordial and helpful. I love Dr. Pavy! Extremely intelligent and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and came up with a great solution to my dental issues. Highly recommend.
