I love Dr. Lamboy, I have been coming to kid smiles in High Point since 2013 even after moving to Burlington, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my kiddos. Thank you Dr Lamboy for your work, your care and attention.

Liked the office layout and staff is nice. The dentist and dental assistants seem very good with the kids and the facility is new so looks very clean with the latest dental gadgets. Only complaint is that we were self pay and was not charged properly and also did not get an itemized receipt as requested initially.

Took about twenty minutes and the receptionist seeking help to get me an itemized receipt and proof that I was over charged for fluoride treatments that we made it clear we did not want and that was never provided.

1 hour wait. We arrived on time to our appointment and they sat us in a chair for one hour and counting Zero communication and they just have a whole bunch of patients waiting in chairs to be seen. This facility needs to schedule their patients separately and each with an allotted time.

I have been going to Kid Smiles Winston since 2019 and have never missed an appointment or canceled without giving plenty of notice. Now that I have two children, today, March 6, 2025, was supposed to be my 16-month-old’s first appointment and my 8-year-old's routine cleaning. I work full-time and go to school full-time as well. Yesterday, my husband cut his hand badly, and we were in the emergency room until 3 a. m. As you can imagine, I overslept. I woke up at 7 a.

m. and called the office, but there was no answer. I called again at 7:15, still no answer. Finally, I sent a text and left a message at 7:25 explaining what happened and that I needed to reschedule. I have been a loyal patient for six years. At 8:01 a. m.

, I received a response saying I could reschedule but would have to pay a $20 fee for short notice. They didn’t ask how my husband was doing, and I also mentioned that my 16-month-old had a slight fever this morning, but they showed no concern. When I expressed my disappointment about the fee, the lack of empathy, the no warning and suggested if I am going to be treated this way I can go somewhere else, they replied back that my accounts have been deactivated. This is how Kid Smiles Winston Salem treats their patients. It feels like we are a business to them, just a dollar sign to them, nothing more FYI!
