I left an honest one star review based on my personal negative experience with this dental office management. Instead of addressing my concerns, they chose to have their lawyer send me a cease and desist letter demanding that I remove my review. I believe in the importance of transparency and the right for consumers to share truthful experiences.

It’s disappointing when businesses try to silence honest feedback rather than improve their service.

Lancaster Dental has been great so far. I am a new patient with them, I hadn't been to the dentist in many years and as a result had some dental problems that needed attention. They were kind and didn't make me feel bad about it, and gave me quality care to fix my problems.

I found it really helpful that they gave me heads up about length of appointment times so I could schedule with my work accordingly as well as heads up about expected cost so I could budget if needed (they also direct bill insurance). I was nervous going to the dentist after it being so long since I had been but they made it as comfortable and easy as possible!

Absolutely horrendous customer service! They can't even retain their dental hygienists, as I've had a different one every single time I've visited. Even the last 3 visits, even the dentist was different, with 3 different dentists. This constant turnover is a major red flag. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of empathy and understanding.

My recent experience was the final straw—I was refused service, leaving me completely and utterly shocked. Avoid this place like the plague! There are far superior and more affordable options out there where they genuinely care about their patients. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this disaster of a dental office! Uh oh! Their response to my review was shockingly unprofessional and possibly illegal due to privacy laws. They could have exposed private information about my medical history, making false claims about treatment postponements that never happened.

It's a blatant violation of patient confidentiality to discuss any aspect of a patient's status or treatment plan publicly. Clearly, they don't respect privacy or care about their patients' rights.
