Dr Stanford Ballard recently performed a root canal on me and it was the least painful dental experience that I’ve had. Due to many painful or negative dental experiences in the past I am very apprehensive and nervous about dental procedures. I expressed my concerns to Dr Stanford and he was very attentive! He utilized techniques that drastically reduced the injection/numbing pain and helped me feel less anxious. Dr Stanford is knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate.

I believe him to be very thorough and skilled at what he does. I’m appreciative of the experience he provided at Knox Endo. The staff were also kind! And the office itself is clean and welcoming.

We absolutely loved Dr. Ballard and his Asst. They are wonderful. My daughter she's 17 and had a root canal. My daughter was so terrified of doing the procedure. But they made her feel so much better.

The procedure was so pleasant because of them. I can't say enough good things about them and the team. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend them to others and we will definitely use them again in the future if need be. Thank you so much for everything.

Great experience. Dr Scott is great. He’s thorough and knowledgeable and very caring. Went in for a root canal and it turned into a double root canal. Lucky me! lol! I felt no pain during the procedure and was numb all day! I highly recommend you get nitrous! 2 thumbs up! Definitely recommend!

As someone who has severe dental anxiety, this was a really good experience! Everyone was extremely nice, answered my many many questions, and really walked me through the procedure which helped me. I hope I don’t need to have a root canal in the future, but if I do I will definitely go back here!
