I highly recommend Dr Monika Madan for your Dental Implants. Dr. Madan periodontist at Bridge Rd Suffolk Virginia, the office is a beautiful new building. I feel great to be at such a clean and beautiful place to have my implant treatments. Dr. Madan made me feel at ease with my procedures.

This was my first visit to the dentist office Madan Periodontics, it was a wonderful experience. Dr. El Nakka was great, most thorough exam ever. Melissa was wonderful, I felt very comfortable and Tina was great. Everyone was smiling and made me feel very welcome, my first visit, I will tell my friends about you. Thank you.

I would not recommend this place. I was in pursuit of estimates for a gum contouring procedure. I made an appointment for 5/30 @ 3:45pm. I was called to move the appointment up to 3:30pm. Then, I was called TWICE to see if I could come earlier after that. Upon the second call, I asked if there was an issue since this is the 3rd call about scheduling. They said no. . . I arrived early for my 3:30pm appointment. Checked in. I had to wait over an hour to be seen. I asked if they received the x-rays from Klarvorhees Orthodontics. She said they had nothing. They have to take their own. When I made the appointment, the front desk insisted they would obtain the records from Klarvorhees prior to my appointment.

The periodontal assistant, Melissa, was extremely rude. Melissa was not gentle in obtaining the x-rays at all. She hurt my mouth several times. I've never had that experience before. She stared in irritation when I said she was hurting my mouth. Exhaled in irritation. Her body language clearly showed she was irritated. It was to the point where I was getting ready to walk out. I told her she was working me up. Melissa kept saying Dr. Elnakka will "make me," meaning herself--take these x-rays. From a patient's perspective, it made me feel uncomfortable. It made me feel like there may be some other issues at hand. I would not want to work with Melissa again. Dr. Elnakka was professional.

No issues with her. She explained the process. Told me I would talk to Tina, who is the insurance coordinator. I think the only saving grace here truly was Tina. She was cheery, very nice, and apologized for the long wait. She was personable and welcoming. I appreciated that. Overall, this facility is esthetically pleasing on the eyes. Clean as well. However, it was the poor time management, conflicting information, and poor customer care that did it for me. If there was an issue with scheduling, let the customer know up front. Being asked to come early three times, showing up early, and being seen over an hour late is unacceptable. In addition, if Melissa is having a hard day, she has to leave it at the door for the next patient. Her handling was unacceptable to me. I did end up going with Konikoff Periodontics in Virginia Beach for my procedure.

Dr. Madan and Stacy are professional and caring. I was concerned about my bone graft procedure but they put me at ease. I came out of the procedure and my husband said “you are smiling”. This speaks to their services. The receptionist greeted me as soon as I walked in and immediately checked me in. Keep up the good work. Robin.
