Today, it is a federally qualified health center that serves over 50,000 individuals as their "medical home." The Sleepy Hollow location, situated at 300 N Broadway, is a key part of this network. It provides comprehensive healthcare services, including primary and preventive medical care for adults and children, dental care, and behavioral health services like psychiatry and mental health counseling. My experience at open door today was generally amazing. The doctor made me feel very comfortable very secure about my health. The women by the name Maria was an amazing individual, great help for all my concerns and needs. The atmosphere overall in this office is amazing!

The receptionist here are always incredibly RUDE. I’ve never had a pleasant experience with the front staff. The parking situation is horrible, if you have an appointment you have to get there about 30 mins earlier just to find parking. And then the staff has the nerve to give you attitude for running late when they are the ones taking up all the parking spots.

There’s no need to be rude :( Also they didn’t realize I spoke Spanish and were speaking about me in Spanish right in front of me. Plain unprofessional.

They never see you on time. Minimum wait is half an hour even if it is the first appointment of the day. - no excuse . They think your time is just not valuable . Absolutely awful . Today I waited 48 minutes
