Dr. Cornelius J. Sullivan, DMD, is a highly esteemed and board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon based in Annapolis, Maryland. Dr. Sullivan earned his D.M.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1983 and completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Allegheny General Hospital, a Level One Shock-Trauma Center.
