We have been coming to Park Dental for years the new Dental assistant has a nasty attitude . From the rolling of the eyes when a billing question was being answered. Then I decline the X-Rays for my dental cleaning and I get “ I don’t know if your okay , it Saturday “ when I cleanly signed the paper as she asked. . then she more had more of an attitude i threw the paperwork down a walked out.

As we were leaving she was blowing me kisses… VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . We will have to find a new dentist I would suggest looking elseware. . apparently it’s hard to find quality people…

I went in 2 times to Park Dental for a cleaning and maybe to replace some old dental work. Both times the staff and dentist was very nice and the office/ exam room was clean. I haven’t done the replacements simply because my insurance doesn’t cover it as it’s deemed cosmetic. I will go back to do the work but may have to pay out of pocket.

“HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY” Yesterday my wife and I visited Park Dental Mint Hill NC for our regular dental appointments. Both of us wore masks to and in Dr. Park’s office for the visit. When it came time for my appointment, his dental assistant (Ms Liz) asked me if I was sick. I told her in response that I was not sick, and if I were sick I would not have come for an appointment. She said she asked me that question because she heard me cough, and I was wearing a mask.

I told her I was offended by her question. She said she ask all her patients that question, although she did not ask my wife if my wife was sick. So that was not an honest response from Ms Liz. After this exchange Ms Liz became rude and indignant, saying, "if you're not sick, fine, then sit in the chair so I can treat you if you want to be treated. " When Dr. Park came in to treat me, he asked me the same question, if I was sick, saying they had the right to ask such a question.

I told him that I was not sick, and was offended by Ms Liz's rudeness, and inconsistency. After explaining to him why I was offended he asked me to leave his office without treatment. I guess patients who visit Park Dental Mint Hill have no expectancy of right of dignity or honesty. Nonetheless, I must thank the Front Desk Clerk for how she addressed my concern in requesting and processing a refund for my office visit. My wife and I have since moved on to Mint Hill Dentistry, Mint Hill, NC.

Dr. Park has always been great to work with over the years, honest, straightforward and a skilled dentist. The staff both Dental Assistants and administrative have been terrific and have made appointments available when I have needed it, sometimes with short notice. It's a small office where you don't feel like a number, Fair, reasonable prices and care. Appreciate it. Mark Stewart
