Honestly the kindest people ever. I have been to so many dentists, the way they welcomed my girlfriend and I was amazing. Besides politeness, they're service is amazing got a wisdom tooth removal done, and they were quick, clean and painless. Amazing place 10/10.

I am so incredibly sad to write this review. I have gone to this office since I was born (35 years) and it is just not the same. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with all of the previous dentists - Dr. Morrison and Dr Manchester. However I cannot explain how saddened I am with how my recent experience was. I came in to fix a chip in my front tooth that Dr Morrison had fixed for me before he retired years ago. The chip happened to come off and so I went back in to get what I thought was going to be the same service.

I was told by the current Dentist there that If I wanted my tooth to be fully fixed I needed a veneer. I was told I needed freezing and it was pushed on me which made me extremely uncomfortable as I was fully aware I did not need any - I am also pregnant. My appointment was on May 7 and the “fix” I was given has already come completely off and the chip is back. Not only am I completely disappointed with the service I was given, but I am flabbergasted at the cost I was charged. I paid almost $500 for an appointment that lasted 23 minutes exactly, and I’ll predict that was from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. My reciept actually showed me the time I was checked out. I was also charged over $150 for a consultation fee that consisted of absolutely nothing besides her telling me I needed to be frozen in order to keep me comfortable during my visit.

Let me also be clear I chose no freezing and felt absolutely no pain or discomfort whatsoever. My entire experience seemed like a complete transaction. I would not recommend this place at all. The entire staff is also completely new which should have been a red flag for me. Absolutely do not recommend this office.

I am typically very anxious about visiting the dentist, and to be frank I am always anxious when I am in the chair. However, this particular office and group of dental practitioners are all professional, competent, and empathetic. I had my first root canal and a crown replacements here, and while I definitely made it worse for everyone (oops) I am glad I was able to get it treated here.

Thank you for your patience with me. Part of me wishes I could go in more often as I feel the anxiety slowly drip away every time I go in here. Thank you Parkside Drive Dental :)

I had my first visit and had a exam and cleaning today and wanted to share how wonderful everyone on their team are. The staff and dentists are extremely knowledgeable and experienced with a knack to make you feel comfortable and supported. The moment you enter you feel welcome with such positive energy.
