I first visited this office around 2010 on the recommendation of friend and had a good experience then, so when I moved back to town in 2023 - I became a patient here again. I recently had to have some more invasive work completed and especially appreciated the communication and patience of all* the staff throughout the almost weekly visits for crown work and to replace all my old fillings with new fillings. My partner is also now a patience and has had a great experience as well. *Update: There is a tech/assistant individual at this location that my husband and I have had multiple interactions with: She is rude, impatient, dismissive, and has caused us both pain.

She has set temporary crowns poorly for both of us - dismissive of our concerns of poor bite, assuring both of us separately that it will be better when we're not numb (this was not true for either of us). She dismissed my concern about a new night guard being too tight and just advised to run it under hot water, which of course led to the devise getting even more stuck on my teeth upon first wear at home. I will not be putting it back on and don't appreciate the prospect of wasting more time going to the office because this staff person doesn't have the patience or interest in discussing issues or solutions. I will be making my specific concerns known to the office directly as well.

I do not trust this individual to be a part of my care team any more. Note: My request for this person not to be part of my care team has been honored. I do not have reservations about other staff.

Staff is extremely welcoming and friendly from the front desk to the hygienist to Dr. Patel. Very thorough on cleaning and examinations. Have gone to the downtown Premier Dental office since they were at 515 Olive which was decades ago.

Who likes going to the dentist? I don't. However, Dr. Patel and her team make the visits less ominous. Beginning at the front desk, the personnel make me feel welcomed and valued. Then the hygienist and Dr. Patel provide excellent care. Their conversations with me and each other during treatment help put me at ease. Thumbs up to this team of professionals!
