I usually don't like to leave negative feedback but had to here, long post be warned. I had went to this place about a year ago for a root canal procedure and afterwards they front desk had informed me that would contact my insurance to do the follow up crown procedure. It been a year, no contact and my root canal that was done and needed attention AGAIN. So I got in contact with them again did an evaluation, they told me they would contact me in a week time, been a week, nothing no contact, had to call and find out the 3rd party company they hired to do insurance claim the wrong procedure and told me to give em another week.

Again no communication from the front office to let me know. It is the 3rd week now and again had to call in myself to see what the hold up, and they tell me it was approved, AGAIN no one reached out. My advice to any one that has low income insurance, DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE 2ND CLASS.

Absolutely do not go here! They work of the dentists there is terrible. Went in for a root canal and the temporary crown would fall out as soon as it was put in multiple times. Once my permanent crown was put it a couple days later it fell out!!! It’s supposed to be permanent and it didn’t last a few days?! Also had a cleaning down and was told i had a deep cavity and all they did was drill it and left me with pain and sensitivity when i did not have pain and sensitivity before them drilling it!!! I live in the state of TN now and I used to live in MD but have coverage in MD through a family plan and i had to mail my permanent crown to them in order to receive a refund and now it’s been almost a month and i have no received any response from the so called “office manager” ‘Jessica’ she’s also terrible and not sure how she’s in position of being a manager if you take weeks to respond to a customer that had trash work done at your office.

I don’t appreciate getting told “I’ll get back to you on this date” and not get a single call or email back till days or weeks later. That is so unprofessional. The dentist work needs to be evaluated because that doesn’t even make sense.

I’ll be going through my insurance and filing a business complaint.

Please do not go here I went here a couple years ago and the dentist hit my nerve in my tooth and I told her it hurt and she continued and told me “No it doesn’t your numb” and when it was all over and I requested to talk to her about what she had done she acted like she was to busy to speak to me. Please just be careful if you co there and speak up for yourself better then I did

I have had the Worst experience that I ever had in trying to have emergency dental work done by this dental office. The receptionist are very rude and dismissive and I’ve been waiting for a follow up visit since the middle of April for emergency dental surgery that has left me in pain but uber uncomfortable. .

There was no accountability to the rudeness and disrespect from receptionist. I can tell that I was being racial profiled and they did not want to service me they have shown me for the last over 30days. I will be contacting the medical board and malpractice lawyer
