Not sure why these “Doctors” don’t feel the need to provide proper services to people I. The black community. The service in this facility is HORRIFIC! No one should be subjected to such treatment, from the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave is just a huge disappointment. I’ve been there once before, and I overlooked the whole experience, however after the last trip I had there, I would NEVER go back, or would never recommend anyone go there. Soooo, I called about 2 weeks straight to make an appointment, and no one picked up the phone.

When someone finally answered, she was so rude, her tone of voice and attitude made it seem like I was begging for free services. When I got to the appointment she still had a stank attitude, her demeanor was poor and she was not welcoming for someone that’s posted at the front desk. She was rude to ALL the clients that came in, including an older woman who had an issue with a procedure she did a few days prior. I waited maybe 30 minutes pass my scheduled appointment time before I was seen, when they called me back, they took X-rays and sent me back to the waiting room, say there for another 20 mins and was called to a different room, one of the employees was standing in front of me flossing her own teeth, which was a big turn off. When the Dentist finally came in, he sat down for about 1 minute to do what he thought was a clean on my teeth, it was horrible.

I’m not going to sit and argue with people on how they should do their jobs, I will just move on to the next location until I can find someone worthy of my time. I would advise you all to look for a better place to get your dental needs met.

The receptionist or whoever answers the phone is RUDE and disrespectful. I called to make an appointment for my daughter and mid sentence SHE hung up and refused to answer the phone when i called back several times. My daughter will not be going to this horrible facility. They deserve zero stars

I booked an appointment with the doctor for 3:30 about my wisdom teeth removal. I get off work at 3 pm but the doctor is only in once a month, I was nervous to make the appointment for this month but the dentist reassured me that I could just call and let them know I am running late. I loved the dentist, Dr Eric Bernstein, I trusted him. I called around 3:32 and was informed the doctor already left. Crazy.

They did call, but due to high spam calls I missed them and the receptionist failed to leave at least one voicemail like a normal one would, instead she called 4 times, just like a spam call. Disappointed and no apology for how crazy the doc leaving after 2 minutes was. Don't ignore these reviews, not worth the stress and unprofessionalism.
