Ive been going to this dental office for years now and never had any issues, Tessa and the crew Reider and Dr Mohendran have being provided friendly, kind and quality service to my family and my referrals since.

Dr Daniels also did a great job with my chip tooth repair now I can smile again with confidence 😀 I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a quality Dentist to give them a try!!

Hi, I recently visited your office for a dental cleaning. My experience was not at all good. The cleaning was a painful experience, I have visited other dental offices in the past I never bled much but with you even after spitting out with water 2 times there was still blood coming out of my mouth 3rd time. The x-ray machines were having a problem. Had to wait to get them properly working. I am not even worried about these issues, I can tolerate the pain and get the patience to wait.

The issue which bothered me is billing, at the time of billing the receptionist mentioned there was a problem to file a claim but will try again later. I trusted and left the place without any bill. Later, when I got the email from my insurance there was a charge for a whooping $644. When I called back to query why I was charged this much the person who answered mentioned it was for the x-rays. This felt completely unacceptable. I just came for dental cleaning and it led me to a huge amount deducted from my insurance.

There was never a question of whether I want these x-rays done or any information that I will be charged this much before the process. I believe these x-rays are done to verify whether I have gum disease after saying my oral health looks very good. Even the other dental offices I visited in the past never said I had this disease and my oral health is good. Which makes me feel the process and charge on my claim dubious. Update: Thanks for reaching out and providing me the reports and bills.
