I am extremely impressed with the care and professionalism at SmileTown Waterloo. Yesterday, my 5 year son underwent treatment that included the removal of a tooth and root canal procedures for three baby teeth. The entire process was handled with great expertise and compassion. The staff members were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout, making both my son and me feel at ease. The doctor demonstrated exceptional skill and ensured that the treatment was completed smoothly.

I’m happy to share that my son is feeling absolutely fine today. Thank you to the entire team at SmileTown for your outstanding care and dedication. I highly recommend this clinic to any parent seeking quality dental care for their children. Thanks.

Stay away, not sure why they have so many good reviews not sure how legit those are. The playground reception area pulls people in, that part is great and some of the staff were really friendly but the dentist and hygenist that worked on our young son were not kid friendly at all and did not inform parents what to expect before the procedure started.

Customer of theirs for 5+yrs. They wouldn't answer the phone when I said I was running late due to an emergency so I left a message saying that I would be approximately 10 minutes past my time as I was coming in from out of town. They cancelled the whole appointment right before I showed up.

If you can't accommodate a swing of ~10mins in your scheduling you should seriously reconsider your strategy to book appropriately. Needless to say I won't be going back to this location anytime soon.

My daughter went in under general anaesthesia to get some teeth fixed. Needless to say, they were very quick and efficient and made both me and her feel very safe. She also loves it here because of the playground! Would highly recommend to other parents
