From the time you walk through the doors they make you feel welcome & heard. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they laser scan your mouth for Dentures which I understand is heaven sent! I've been going to Dr Dan Miller Sr for many many years. I like him so much, that my husband and both kids see him now too. He is always so welcoming, upbeat, friendly, and caring! I like his funny stories too! We just talk like we're old buddies! His office personnel has been there a long time, and they are knowledgeable and professional. They know me by my first name, and my family. Like old friends! Longevity, in any office, proves that the staff likes thier jobs and are treated right. Dr Miller's dental staff has always been top notch too! Christine does my cleanings and check ups, with a gentle touch is very friendly and personable.

My teeth are sooo clean and nice afterwards. I just love her!! So does my daughter! Carolyn and Ashley are the same way, for fillings, endo prep, scans, etc. I've had a lot of work done in those rooms, due to dental damage from a car accident, and if I get a little anxious before a procedure, Dr Miller will set my mind at ease. He has never given me a reason to be afraid. Just warm, caring, and compassionate. No pain! He will continually pause and ask how I'm doing to be sure.

He takes pride in his work and he wont consider anything finished until he feels it meets his standards, which are pretty high, and until he feels good about it. I can trust that when I leave that office, I'm going to have the best dental care available in Myrtle Beach. It takes a period of time to get to know anybody in any capacity. Well, take it from me, save yourself some time and stress looking for a good dentist and go to South Strand Dental. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed!!

I was on vacation visiting from out of town when my permanent crown came out. I had called a few places before this and they were rude and refused to help me as I wasn’t a current patient. These people got right back to me and were so kind and helpful, even though I wasn’t a current patient. Dr Benjamin Collins and his staff were all warm and welcoming and have a lovely office.

He had a wonderful demeanour and fixed my crown with ease. My insurance was out of network, but the out of pocket was very reasonable. I will definitely remember them the next time I’m vacationing in the Surfside/Myrtle Beach area!

I've had all my dental needs taken care of here, from wisdom tooth extraction to regular fillings and cleaning, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. These guys went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and valued. Their professionalism and genuine care truly made a difference.
