Have had once issue where my kids appointment times were put in wrong but other then that friendly staff. I love the lay out in the back with the open area with all the dental chairs set up so you can sit there and watch your kids whole appointment and you are right their to talk to the hygienist if there are any issues. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ for the great service and the fact they reassure my teen daughter, with her fear of the dentist👍🏾 the room for growth is the lack of professional boundaries, and staff being untrained of privacy protocol. Recently, I couldn’t make my daughter’s appt. Instead I sent a trusted family member as my rep, completed the permission doc, and made sure to update any patient information INCLUDING MED LIST via e-docs PRIOR to the visit as requested. HOWEVER, upon check in the representative proceeds to ask MY 14 yr.

old CHILD openly (other clients and family members waiting in lobby area) about her mediations, her medical history, to the point my kid FT me nervously😟 reassured my daughter Mommy took care of all of that prior to the appt. And to instruct the office to call me with any questions. NO CALL was recd. however the visit was conducted as normal “so the next morning I called and spoke with the office manager who was empathetic and apologized.

The office manager verbally confirmed the rep handled check in improperly. The resolution was that the office manager would approach this matter as a training opportunity about patient confidentiality.

Father requested all of our personal information was removed from his sons chart. Called back 2 hrs later to cancel daughters appointment. Was informed that dads request wasn’t completed. The office was clearly informed that his son was now of legal age and per the judicial system as well as some legal issues in regards to him. They are still allowing the boy’s mother to be the one to make appointments and be a big factor in his treatment. This is even after she caused a scene in the office just last year.

Went to provide legal papers to the office the next morning and requested our daughters records be sent to her new dentist. It took them over a week to complete the request and also cannot say that the legal documents were even properly put in his sons chart. Also the fact that this office changed all contact information for our daughter to her father’s information without properly notifying us. When we updated her chart it had all my information as primary. The office has been nothing but a terrible experience. From staff trying to find out child’s concerns in front of other parents in the lobby all the way to not even being afforded the opportunity to go to the back so you can get information on your child’s care straight from the dentist.

Any information you get is always relayed second hand. This office basically seems to do as they please. Hippa laws are concerns also them blatantly defying a legal court order of no contact. Wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

I've been taking my daughter here for years. She had an appointment this week and I realized I've never left them a review before. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, quick to smile and provide assistance with forms. The oral hygienists and dentists are fabulous and provide really good care.

They're great about working with my daughter's orthodontist and making sure her teeth are healthy while she's in braces. She even had to have two adult teeth extracted here to ensure there was enough room in her mouth for her teeth to be straightened. She was nervous, but she said she never felt a thing. I wouldn't dream of taking my girl anywhere else! Not to mention the TV's on the ceiling are really an ingenious idea!
