Little bit of a back story, I shattered my moller and was living off of oralgel and painkillers for the past 6 days . Excruciating pain up into my ear and eyes i couldnt think . I called into trillium dental and I was booked for the following day. I was skeptical as I read a bad review online. Something about unprofessional and how they are only about money . Let me tell you they were the most professional as they come.

I was greeted as I walked in the door and givin a room immediately by a dental assistant I believe Brittany was her name (she's a gem). Within 15 minutes my xrays had been taken and freezing was already starting to kick in. Usually the freezing is tough but the dr had it over with in less then a minutes with minor pinching . It's a needle cant be painless but its just about . During the extraction I was asked every 5 second if I was OK or was experiencing pain. The Dr's main concerns was my comfort and pain .

The extraction was painless and each step was described as it was happening . " Big pressure now might hear a crack thats normal", constantly being informed . 40 minutes after I walked through the doors I was leaving pain free with a numb smile on my face . Hands down best Dr and assistants in waterloo. I will be recommending them to everyone I know . Thanks again !

I am petrified of the dentist and have always been the patient that would require nitrus or as a kid anesthesia because I get bad panic attacks from how scared I am. Dr. Lalji is the most respectful and calming dentist, I didn't even need laughing gas! He not only helped me with a horrible infection but he walked me through step by step what was happening and educated me so I know what happened and what to do moving forward.

He took away any fear I had from dentists and I super highly recommend! 100/10 rating. The dental Assistant Soji was also super nice, helpful and made sure I was super comfortable throughout my whole visit. Thank you!!

Five stars simply isn't enough! I have had horrible dental anxiety for the past 20 years and Dr. Shamji took that all away in a single appointment. He is so compassionate and understanding, especially when it comes to dealing with patients who have chronic pain. He explains everything he's going to do and makes sure you're comfortable at all times.

I went in today for some cosmetic work and I am absolutely in love with the results! It was such an easy procedure and I'm looking forward to starting invisalign in the near future. Everyone working at Trillium are fantastic! I am so grateful for their kindness and spectacular care.

I would highly recommend this place. I was soo anxious for getting my wisdom tooth removed. I had been pushing it for years due to being so scared. But the staff and dr. Hussein really helped me and calmed me.

I honestly did not even realize when the procedure was over. The care and comfort from the beginning when you walk in to the clinic is amazing. Highly recommend the clinic. Appointments are easy to get.
