Highly recommended place. Set the standard for modern dentistry with an excellent environment and services. The dentist and the staff are very friendly and professional which has me puzzle seeing more than usual negative reviews about this firm Nonetheless, the place is very clean often not overcrowded which is great in establishing a comfortable environment.

The staff have been very helpful especially Zoe who often explains in great detail and explaining the procedure. In addition, the office is well open after 4 pm which gives access to many who may not have time during their work hours which is a major plus.

I did my deep cleaning there a few days ago. The two lady hygienists are very professional, especially the lady calledJennifer. She is very skillful and caring. I did not feel much pain. I was very happy with her service. The environment is nice and comfortable.

The staffs are very nice and professional. They speak Chinese and English except Korean. I did not have trouble to communicate with them at all. I am happy with this dental office.

The United Dental Flushing office has provided me with exceptional customer service from the moment I made my appointment up through the completion of my treatment. The receptionist were amazing in keeping me up to date on appointments and expenditures. Just a lovely experience.

I have very low opinions for these professions: dentist, lawyer, car salesman & some health professionals such as primary care doctors. My insurance will end by the end of April 2023, but I have $1600 of FSA to spend. I figure I'll give these professionals some business. I went to United at the end of March for cleaning & some filling or whatever ancillary work needs to be done. I got the fillings & a crown done. Then they "recommended" night guard. Immediately, they wanted me to pay for the thing before approaching the insurance for coverage. On top of this, I had a panorama done because I'm a new client. They found something unusual at my lower left mandible. So, they wrote a referral, which they didn't give me a doctor to call.

I asked for it, but they didn't give me the contact. A weekend went by, but I still couldn't find an oral surgeon. Then, on the following Monday, 4/3/23, I have a deep cleaning scheduled. They finally produced a contact. They have the contact preprinted all along. The incompetence should have to put the client through this. So, instead of deep cleaning, I opted for a regular cleaning. The dentist refused to perform. She walked away. These people seem like they don't want to be bothered with chump change.

They only wanted to make the big bucks. They are worse than lawyers! The service is so lousy! All they care about is maximizing their money intake. Furthermore, they didn't even tell me when my crown is going to be in. I guess the onus is on me to find out. All they cared about is which item will cost me how much & when they could collect. But they are never willing to tell you when the finished product will be done. There are more, but I'm getting too tired to type & you get the picture clearly.
