Terrible experience with Universal Dentistry in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Saw the dentist needed a tooth to be pulled before having a bridge , but the tooth was on a slant. The doctor there changed his mind and said that I should go to an oral surgeon. To my shock the receptionist/ manager of the office, reprimanded the dentist in front of me the patient. She says, she will have the tooth pulled here.

The doctor was, not young. He didn’t seem to be very sure of himself and he allowed this office manager to talk down to him in front of me. I was scared to death of having a dentist, unsure of himself pull a slanted tooth out of my head. The next day I canceled the appointment to go and have the slanted tooth pulled by an oral surgeon in New Jersey who knew what he was doing, especially with a tooth that was on slant. The rest of the work with a bridge was done with my former dentist from New Jersey in my hometown.

And I live in Delaware so it was worth the 2 Hour drive. And it’s NOT cheaper like they say it is ! There’s not much of a savings at all. False representation with their TV commercials. And I hope they replaced that manager of that office in Cherry Hill because she was god awful !!!!!

I got covered by Cherry financial for my teeth and decided the same day not to proceed, and I was told I had to wait a month to get the loan dropped. Now Cherry financial is requesting a payment. Do not get service from this place, the process felt rushed and sketchy. I’m still waiting for my refund of my down payment.

Nothing but great things to say! They are so nice and professional. I came here for a tooth extraction, a permanent crown and a new partial. For my crown Ashley did a great job with the temporary crown and im excited to get the permanent one. I am amazed at the attention to detail when it comes to my partial. I was with a different dentist but my partial never fit properly no matter what they did to it.

I was also having tooth pain due to an extraction needing to be done. I came here and it was done quickly and it was affordable. I was even happier when I called and found out they have finance options. I highly recommend them to everyone!

These people are ridiculous 🙄 I took my mother here for dentures and they ran her insurance and confirmed her coverage amount and stated she did not have to pay anything out of pocket and then turned around and said oh you have to pay $2,500. 00 for your dentures and file for reimbursement from your insurance. Then proceeded to say we offer payment plans but they are actually lines of credit lol. . . My neighbor referred this crooked establishment and he has the exact same insurance and was not charged anything up front.

. . . What a shit show being operated over on Haddonfield Road!!!! Please be careful dealing with these crooks my mother is over 60 years old and disabled and if I had not attended this appointment with her they probably would've scammed my mother.
