Visited this office last week, they were able to accommodate an appointment for me in a very short period of time and professionally. Dentist is super knowledgeable and the hygienists are really friendly. Left with my teeth feeling super clean! I had a great experience at this visit and will for sure be coming back to this office for my regular appointments, definitely recommend 👌🏻

Going to the dentist is never one of my favourite things to do - but University Dental & Hygiene is an amazing place and makes the whole dental experience very comfortable - if you have to be at the dentist then it’s not a bad way to spend the afternoon! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very caring of their patients. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out here also and they continued to follow up even a few days after her surgery and were always available for questions.

I highly recommend this place for ALL your dental needs!!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the University Dental Clinic and feel compelled to share my frustration. I booked an appointment a few days back through their website for a whitening treatment, which clearly stated it was covered by insurance, at 11 am today. However, at 9:30 am, I received a call informing me that it wouldn't be covered. Despite this setback, I decided to proceed with the appointment. I went back to the website to book a cleaning service for 11:50 am and received a confirmation email. To my dismay, the location address on the email was incorrect, so I had to call the clinic again to obtain the correct address. Once I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist informed me that they had no availability and suggested rescheduling.

This was baffling because I had a confirmation email clearly indicating my appointment time. I showed her the email, but she dismissed it, claiming they had sent me an email stating they couldn't accommodate me, which I never received. I cannot help but feel frustrated and let down by this experience. It seems that there was a lack of communication and organization within the clinic. If they didn't have any availability, it would have been more appropriate for them to notify me when I called to confirm the address. Alternatively, they should have updated their website to reflect the true availability or at least reached out to inform me about the situation. To add insult to injury, the receptionist had the audacity to suggest rescheduling for Monday.

After the inconvenience I had already experienced, I had no intention of giving them another chance. I caution anyone considering making an appointment with the University Dental Clinic to be extremely careful. The lack of organization, poor communication, and disregard for confirmed appointments are concerning. Save yourself the time and frustration by seeking dental services elsewhere.

The dental professionals and the front staff are all amazing! I am a new client and they've been very understanding, kind and patient. They go above and beyond and explain things nicely. They have a very positive, friendly and family-like atmosphere, which puts you at ease right away. I'm definitely not going anywhere else again!
